Data science offers unique opportunities to improve healthcare of children around the globe. The Joint Computational Medicine Program between Technion – Israel Institute of Technology & Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) tackles these challenges through synergistic collaboration of a world-leading medical institute specializing in pediatrics with a world-leading technical university excelling in data-science.

Goals

  • Foster synergistic collaborations focused on leveraging AI for pediatric healthcare
  • Enable the joint research communities bi-directional use of Big Data for research and clinical care.
  • Co-develop training in AI and computational medicine
  • Co-Develop intellectual property and new software applications centered around pediatric healthcare
